Tuning Appointment Payment Policy

• All tuning appointments must be paid in full and in advance to secure your session.

• Same-day cash payments require prior approval and remain subject to all cancellation and rescheduling policies.

• Clients who notify us at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of a cancellation or reschedule will have their payment held as a credit for a future tuning appointment.

• Cancellations made with fewer than seven days’ notice will incur a $150 rescheduling fee to cover lost time.

• Appointments may be forfeited if you arrive more than 30 minutes late without valid notification.

• Accepted notification methods include email, phone call, or text, or Facebook Business Messenger only.
